Tennis, darts & cue sports

A single driver and a single player have this in common: the price follows one competitor’s form. This section looks at how that shapes the markets, not at any one tournament.

Darts, snooker, tennis and golf are the staples, with table tennis, badminton and padel after them, and curling or chess as the curiosities. Golf adds each-way terms, whose place part differs by event and operator and is read off the market.

Britain has no statutory list of permitted markets. A licence is held for a category, real events being one, and the operator writes its markets by its own rules, which explains why one sport looks different between bookmakers.
